Shipping & Returns

Wrist Candi shipping is 2 to 5 business days (excluding holidays).

Tees ship 3 to 7 business days.  Roni Bee, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Custom order shipping and processing time: 9 to 14 business days 

All purchases are non refundable.

There are no refunds on purchases. If you did not receive your correct order (ex:wrong size tee or wrong color tee ) you have 5 (five) business days from date of receipt to your email on file to return item(s).  Once incorrect  item(s) are received the correct order will be shipped to you. If you do not return within the 5 (five) day window you will not be able to exchange item.

 If you purchase the incorrect size you will need to place another order for your correct size. 

Jewelry repair is available, please email wcrbcustomerservice@gmail.com for pricing.

If there is repairable damage to jewelry (no fault of customer) within 14 days of receipt of jewelry, jewelry may be repaired free of charge excluding shipping. Roni Bee, LLC will determine if pieces are repairable (by emailing picture) before confirming repair services to be completed and providing instructions to return pieces. Customer will be responsible for shipping to Roni Bee for repair. Customer will be sent an invoice for first class shipping for the return of repaired jewelry.
