Waist beads also assist with weight management. The beads rise & get tighter as you gain weight or loosen and drop lower on your waist as you lose weight.
How do I tie my waist beads?
1. Choose where you would like your waist beads to sit, on your above or below your bellybutton or on your hips.
2. After you have chosen the placement for your waist beads, push all the access beads over toward one end of the thread.
3. Tie both sides of the thread together in a knot 3 times. Secure the knot by pulling the thread tightly between tying each knot.
4. Cut the access thread and beads after tying.
Tie on waist beads are permanent, you may shower, workout, sleep, swim etc. in them. Be careful not to snatch them when undressing to avoid them popping.
